A new chapter in my life here
CASABLANCA, MOROCCO

The Atlantic Ocean and what a sky! |
Moroccan flag |
I enjoy sitting outside cafes...
shadows of a tree |
a modern appartment house |
you can see clothes drying everywhere |
Voi kuulla aaltojen kohinat, lipun hulmuamisen ja kaupungin äänet! Mageeta aurinkoa!
ReplyDeleteDoes look as though you are settling in after your move! Love your very interest captures and the sky is gorgeous! Hope you have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteSylvia
that's a beautiful looking apartment complex!
ReplyDeleteI am still trying to figure out how a Finn from a cool climate finds warm Equatorial climate. Although the cold winters in Finland might make you think abut such warmth...the choppy Atlantic is blue, the result of the wonderful sky above. It is nice to have you back!
ReplyDeleteLike those photos, specially the roof top of the other building ^_^. Happy weekend!

Nice photos from Marocco :)
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend !
Moro,
ReplyDeleteTäällä ollaan. Onneksi oli vain hetkittäinen häiriö se.
Nuo kuvat viehättävät minua kovin.
To sit by the Atlantic, in a cafe, looking at the waves. Nice!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful mini-tour of this beautiful city, love to see that a lowly clothesline is accepted in any land.
ReplyDeleteEvery shot is a traveller's dream - breath-taking! Adore the perspective of the umbrella shadows! But I think that the winning photo for me must be finding beauty in rooftop washing put out to dry! Incredible wonder in the unexpected!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I love the close-up of the shadows on the umbrella!
ReplyDeleteWell I'm enjoying this new chapter in your life so far! What magical photos! Congrats on the move and it's great having you join in SSS again. You've been missed :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful collection of shots.
ReplyDeleteYou are one good photographer!!! Loved the shadows on the umbrella!!! Brilliant!!!!
ReplyDeleteIt must be fun to sit outside in the cafe in beautiful weather and people-watch. Looks like you're enjoying your new country of residence.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot of the flag. And the ocean is nice too.

HI EVERYONE!
ReplyDeleteI've been in our hotel lobby blogging around.
Now I need a break but will be back in couple of hours - I need an espresso NOW :)! See you soon!!!
Many of you noticed I didn't visit your blog this weekend.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry but my life is SO different here:
1. Our weeks are from Mon to Sun again
2. My husband is free at the weekends
All this means that it takes some time to get new routine to blog when my husband is free...(In Cairo week started from Sunday so I had plenty of time to blog).
Now I've got my husband back after 2 years for the weekends > I want to spend time with him.
But I promise I'll be better soon!
And if not please remind me! :) thank you!
Yesterday we had a LONG walk, 15 km (9.3 miles)...yes, we got lost, no, we chose a wrong boulevard...today we look like tomatoes! :) but feel great!!!
