Beautiful shots! The first one really shows how huge the pyramid is and I love the angle on nr 3! How did you manage to get pics from the inside? Or where were the last pics taken?
OH wow. I love how you get a real feel for the size with that second photo and a person standing nearby. At first I didn't reaslise the stones would be that big! Great shots.
NICOLE Inside: there's a 'house' in the area. On the ground level was this bathroom and other rooms. Then there was a hole where you could go to see underground, a small room. I didn't go there.
Why, I ask myself, do not more people take photos from these angles? They show the size of the pyramid - and the way the stones are - and the colour . . . and all sorts of things in a way that more conventional images don't.
Really pleased to have visited today. I have learnt and seen.
All the photos of the pyramids I've seen in my life, and never have I seen that perspective. It's wonderful - that really helps get a sense of what it must be like to actually be there.
Great pictures of the pyramids, which I have yet to visit! but I hear you when you say all you see is sand .... visit my blog for some greneery ... hehe! Gena @ thinking aloud a photoblog
